MeadowBrook of Granby Earns 5-Star CMS Rating

GRANBY, C.T. — MeadowBrook of Granby in Connecticut achieved a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

The skilled nursing center increased its Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) Rating this December 2023. CMS combines results from three areas including Health Inspections, Staffing, and Quality Measures, to get a combined star rating of skilled nursing facilities. The CMS Star Rating is based on a one through five rating scale, with five being the highest. According to CMS, a 3-star rating is considered an average rating for a skilled nursing facility.

MeadowBrook of Granby employs passionate and skilled professionals to care for our residents.
